This monthly Breath Group is the perfect space to re-resource, get present, optimise your breathing and/or just get some space for you. This is also a perfect place to be part of a community of people, whilst knowing the space is confidential.
This 2 hour group session is a space to debrief and debunk your personal and/or professional grumbles, moving towards setting goals and intentions – with the support of the breath coaches and the group. Sessions can include psychological education, exercises, guided visualisations and meditations. All sessions always include a full hour of conscious breathing.
